WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Each type of shirt will have a different fit. Some designs will be printed onto unisex tees and others will be gender specific. This information will be located in the description section for each item. You will also find a size chart for each item. Please look at the measurements carefully to determine the best fit for you. If an item tends to run large or small, we will note that in the item description as well.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?
When you receive your product, you may notice that the print area is a little “crisp”… If so, just give your garment a quick wash and your garment will be soft.
All of our products are machine washable on any cycle. However, to keep the ink looking sharp, it is recommended to wash on a cold cycle and air dry.
To best preserve the graphic on your garment, we recommend washing inside out with like colors on cold setting using a mild detergent, hang or lay flat to dry. You may tumble dry on a low setting, but please be aware that drying your garment will cause the graphic to fade gradually over time. Just as a black colored garment will eventually fade when dried, so will the graphic on your shirt. Avoid washing with products that contain color safe bleach, stain lifter or Oxy Clean. The products contain chemicals that will lift color from your graphic, causing it to fade.
In addition, remember that 100% cotton shirts shrink! Avoid this by laying your washed garment flat to dry or allow it hang to dry.
SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Every item that you purchase is made to order. Our fulfillment center will start processing your order right away, but the final product could take up to 4 business days to print and go through inspection for quality before being shipped. If the quality does not meet our standards, shipment will be delayed as your item will have to go through the process again. Once your order is shipped, normal shipping times will apply. In total, you should have your item in as little as 2 weeks from the day of purchase, but it could take up to 3 weeks time. Allow at least 4 weeks time for international orders.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Domestic shipping is free for all orders over $50USD. No need to apply a code, as shipping will automatically be free! Note that if you are using a discount code, your total must be $50 or more AFTER the discount is applied in order for the free shipping to be applied. For all orders under $50, shipping is a flat rate of $6.95. International shipping... is expensive!!! For all orders under USD $50, a flat rate of $15 will be charged. International shipping is charged based on the amount of your order. International shipping rates generally increase with every $25 that you spend.
DOES EVERYTHING COME IN ONE BOX?
Not necessarily. In order to offer multiple products and styles, we source our products from a few different companies. Depending on what you order, you may receive multiple shipments.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
We do not accept returns as all sales are final. If an item is damaged, if you were sent the wrong item or if the size of an item is off from what the sizing chart states, then we will gladly exchange your item. You must contact us within 14 days from receiving your product for any exchanges. We STRONGLY recommend that you look at the sizing chart for each clothing item that you order. Our shirts are printed on a few different reputable brands, and each has it's own sizing. Please note that because these garments are custom made to order, no two shirts will come out exactly the same. The graphic may be lighter on one than on another. This is normal. Of course, there are times when printing does go wrong and it will slip through inspection. If this happens, we will definitely have it reprinted for you. If you do have an issue and need something exchanged, please shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . We may require photos of your damaged item or photos of a shirt with a tape measure next to it if the sizing is off. This must be done before being washed.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Probably not. Once you check out, your order is automatically sent through the web to our fulfillment center. Once they receive an order, it starts going through processing and is then out of our hands. If you contact us quickly, there is a small chance we may be able to stop the order, but it is not guaranteed.
